OUR SERVICES

Coastal Rehab Services presently have contracts with ACC to provide the following services to ACC Clients in the Bay of Plenty, Coromandel and Hauraki Plains regions. 
We have Providers based throughout these regions.

Training for Independence (TI) Services

ACC's TI Services are a social rehabilitation entitlement that is focussed on helping Clients restore and sustain their independence in daily life through training and coaching. 
We hold the following TI contracts: 
- Traumatic Brain Injury 
- Children and Adolescents 
- Sensitive Claims 
- Adults with Other Injuries (including Spinal Cord Injuries)

Training for Independence Advisory Services (TIAS)

ACC's TIAS programmes are designed to provide timely advice, education or support, rehabilitation or oversight services to Clients in their own environment for the purpose of restoring and/or maintaining the Client's health and ability to participate, in their wider community to the maximum extent practicable. We hold the following TIAS contracts: 
- Short Term 
- Wellbeing

Concussion Services

The Concussion Service provides early intervention rehabilitation services for ACC Clients with a Mild Traumatic Brain Injury (MTBI).  Moderate Clients can also access the service to receive education and triage that will provide bridging support until comprehensive services and supports can be put in place.

Psychological Services

Psychological Services is designed for people who have suffered a personal injury that has been accepted by ACC and the injury has resulted in the requirement of psychological input to assist with their rehabilitation. The purpose of Psychological Services is to enable Clients to achieve and maintain their maximum level of health and independence in daily activities.

Integrated Services for Sensitive Claims (ISSC)

The Integrated Services for Sensitive Claims (ISSC) contract provides Client centred support following sexual abuse or sexual violence.  This service allows you to choose a therapist that you feel is right for you to work with.  At Coastal Rehab Services, a number of our Clinical Psychologists and Social Workers are experienced in Sensitive Claims and are happy to talk with you to determine if you feel that they are the best fit for your needs.
